1. What is a salon suite 

A salon suite is a private or semi-private space within a larger building designed for beauty and wellness professionals to operate their own businesses. Rather than working in a traditional salon or spa, these professionals—such as hairstylists, nail technicians, estheticians, barbers, or massage therapists—can rent their own suite and customize it to fit their brand and services.
2. Can I rent more than one suite? 
You can rent as many salon suites as you want – if they are available. Each will be billed separately.
 
3. What type of suites do you offer? 
We offer single chair and double chair suites. Each suite comes equipped with a fireplace and television. 
 
4.How long does a lease last? 
We have lease agreements suitable for beauty professionals of all budgets and backgrounds. You may choose between a 6, 12 or 24 month lease.
 
5. Is the salon suite already furnished? 
At Suites Off The Shore, we strive to provide the perfect, professional ambiance for your salon. We love the idea of creative control and design. Our suites come furnished with a fireplace and 40 inch television. We provide a shared space for washing and drying your clients. For any additional furniture/tools, you can bring your own goods.
 
6.  What license do I need? 
Please contact the Cosmetology State Board for your specific profession. 
 
7. How much is the security deposit? 
The security deposit is $300. The security deposit must be paid to reserve your suite. We also require that upon signing your lease and moving in you must pay your first week’s rent and pre-pay your last week’s rent upfront.
